Veridis Ambiental (Brazilian sole-proprietorship / single-member company in MEI → ME migration). Contact: contato@veridisambiental.com.
2. Data collected
- Contact / lead forms: name, email, company, subject, message. Sent directly to
contato@veridisambiental.comvia Resend; no application-level database storage. - 3D model and annotations: stored exclusively in your browser's
localStorage— never uploaded to our servers. - Technical logs: IP, User-Agent and timestamp for rate limiting (Vercel), held for 30 days.
3. Legal basis (LGPD)
Brazilian LGPD Art. 7º, V (execution of pre-contract steps requested by the data subject) and Art. 7º, IX (legitimate interest for security/anti-abuse logs). EU/UK visitors: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) / (f).
4. International transfer
Infrastructure providers (Vercel — US, Resend — US) may process data in the United States. Transfers occur under the providers' standard contractual clauses (LGPD Art. 33, II / GDPR Art. 46(2)(c)).
5. Retention
Lead and contact emails: kept for 24 months for follow-up unless you request earlier deletion. Browser localStorage: never expires — clear your browser data to remove.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and revocation: write to contato@veridisambiental.com. Response within 15 days (LGPD timeframe).
