1. Scope
Manifesto is a technical demonstration platform for digital twins, AI-assisted visual screening and cryptographic TEE attestation, focused on Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) reports under the Hong Kong Convention.
Generated reports are auxiliary documents and do NOT replace an accredited IHM survey under HKC Art. 5 / MEPC.379(80) / EU SRR Reg. 1257/2013. Definitive material identification requires laboratory sampling by a certified surveyor and an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory.
2. No warranty
The demo is provided "as is", without express or implied warranty. Veridis Ambiental is not liable for decisions taken based on unaudited reports. For commercial engagements with SLA, a formal consultancy contract is required.
3. Intellectual property
The TEE attestation methodology is protected by Brazilian patent Brazilian-registered Intellectual Property held by Veridis Ambiental. Source code, documents generated by the platform and the brand "Manifesto" are property of Veridis Ambiental. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You commit to: (i) not abuse the API endpoints (rate limiting applies); (ii) not upload illegal or third-party copyrighted material; (iii) not use the platform for surveillance or coercion.
5. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law. Venue: District Court of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. For international clients, dispute resolution clauses are agreed in the specific consultancy contract.
